Time
We all have time, but what really drives what we do? Is it our job description? The needs of our family? The Spirit guiding us in our everyday life? Is it our need for food, our desire for money? What should we do with our life? We know we need to love God and love people. We know that our relationship with Jesus comes first, then our family, and then the church and everything else. We know that we should live day to day, eat healthy, spend wisely, save for the future, and give one on one time to each member of our family. But, what really drives our passions? How much time do we give to the things we love to do? How much do we spend on the things we dwell on? You'll find yourself changing some habits the more you get to know the Lord. You'll find yourself doing more things the Jesus way. You'll find more things becoming important to you that are important to God. One day you may realize that some things just disappear because they were not all that important. |
